Our history
Raven Delta (RD) Group was established in 2018 to bring together an innovative, high quality, multi-faceted group of companies – comprising EFT Consult, RDM Electrical & Mechanical Services and DRS FM Services. The Group provides full building services solutions covering: electrical, mechanical and environmental design and condition reporting; electrical and mechanical project delivery and ongoing support through 24/7/365 facilities management and maintenance.

High standards
BS40102-1 is the first national standard of its kind and has the potential to be adopted globally. It is firmly aligned with the principles of the 2015 Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act, itself a world first. The launch of BS40102-1 is a major milestone in the assessment and improvement of indoor environmental quality in the UK. RD Group is proud to have played a key role in the development and delivery of this new standard and is confident that it will make a significant contribution to the health, well-being, and productivity of building occupants across the world.
Our experience
RD Group has undertaken projects for many government organisations (including the Ministry of Defence) and local authorities. This work has involved carrying out design, installation, and maintenance at schools, offices, retirement homes, HMP prisons, armed forces infrastructure, and many public buildings, such as libraries, theatres, and universities – including retrofitting of listed buildings. Significantly, RD Group companies are contracted on several substantial Ministry of Defence (MOD) Future Defence Infrastructure (FDIS) projects with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). These contracts cover MOD sites across the central region of Wales, including bases from Pembroke to Hereford, as well as six MOD sites in the Oxfordshire area.
Engineering the future
RD Group is also passionate about supporting, training and inspiring the next generation of building services engineers and encouraging career development for those already working in the industry. It achieves this through community engagement projects, school and college visits, apprenticeships, and ongoing personal and professional development for its staff.
