Raven Delta Group sparks future success with a new wave of apprentices
We are delighted to reinforce our industry-leading commitment to bridging the skills gap and nurturing the future workforce in the construction and trade industries by enrolling five new apprentices, ushering in a new era of talent development in the building services industry across the South Wales region.
Our most recent apprenticeships include electrical, mechanical and building services engineering, with all five apprentices starting with the company in September 2023.
Two of the apprentices, Ellis Jones and Emre Saglam, have commenced a four-year electrical apprenticeship with us. Both are pursuing a Level 2 Building Services Engineering course under the guidance of JTL Training.
Additionally, Cameron Hartnoll and Samuel Griffiths have joined the Group as mechanical apprentices. Both Cameron and Samuel have embarked on a four-year Level 3 Building Services Engineering Heating and Ventilation course facilitated by City & Guilds.
Luke Willett also joins the company as a Building Services Engineering Apprentice. As a Junior Building Services Engineer, Luke will spend the classroom element of his apprenticeship at Bridgend College. Over the course of one year, he will undertake an BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment, followed by a two-year apprenticeship pursuing an HNC in Building Services Engineering.
Our commitment to supporting and nurturing talent extends beyond traditional apprenticeships. We are proud to be known for promoting ongoing professional development among our staff, enabling them to broaden their skill sets and stay at the forefront of industry knowledge.
Dave Kieft, CEO of Raven Delta Group, said:
